Presentation
The format of a talk implies delivering a 7-minute speech on a specific topic related to teaching English as a Secondary Language (ESL). Participants are invited to share the main points of their study in a thorough and structured way. To reach the objectives of a talk, participants are expected to provide a presentation to accompany their speech.
Science Slam
The participants in this session have the opportunity to present their innovative research related to teaching ESL in a creative, entertaining manner. Each presenter will have a limited time of 3-5 minutes to deliver their findings or ideas, using visual aids and storytelling techniques to captivate the audience. Participants are invited to showcase their work, share insights, and inspire fellow education enthusiasts through their unique research areas.
Poster
In this traditional yet impactful format, scholars will discuss the issue raised by their research, supporting their talk with a poster. Posters will summarise the key findings, methodologies, and implications of the presenters’ work. This format is of great value for sharing detailed information and visual concepts while encouraging networking and academic exchange among educators and researchers passionate about ESL.
